Position Description:

ProMedica (HCR ManorCare) provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

The Registered Dietitian coordinates nutritional care of patients by completing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans and documenting dietary information about patients. Provides guidance and collaborates with the Food Service Director in the provision of food and nutrition services.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or other advanced degree in dietetics Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, the credentialing agency of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; and license or certification by the state where he/she practices, if required.

At least two years experience in long term care preferred.
