Julie earned her PhD in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at WSU Spokane where she currently works as an Associate Professor. She also volunteers with Special Olympics Washington as a Health Promotion Clinical Director and has served on the Greater Spokane Dietetics Association board for several years in various capacities. Julie enjoys gardening, hiking, and camping. |

Ginger Hultin is a Seattle-based registered dietitian and owner of Ginger Hultin Nutrition, a virtual practice focused on integrative oncology, gastrointestinal, and autoimmune nutrition care. She serves as Nutrition Clinic Coordinator and adjunct faculty at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health, training students and interns in clinical practice. A board-certified specialist in oncology nutrition, Hultin holds a Master’s in Nutrition from Bastyr University and a Doctorate of Clinical Nutrition from the University of North Florida. |

Marissa Beck, MS, RDN, is a nutrition counselor, educator, and the founder of REVV Health. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in eating disorder treatment, disordered eating recovery, and weight-inclusive care across all life stages. Marissa has served in roles ranging from corporate wellness leader to clinical nutrition expert, and currently provides care through a non-diet, behavior-focused approach. She earned her MS in Nutrition from Columbia University and BA from Tufts University. Outside of work, Marissa enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family. |

Jennie is an RDN with almost 20 years of leadership experience across multiple sectors - video store retail, grocery and frozen food retail, and school nutrition. She is currently the Director of Dining Services with Chartwells K12 for Tukwila School District. She collects vintage cookbooks, cats, and educational experiences. On the weekends, you can find her providing nutrition counseling with Fay Nutrition and Nourish, food prepping for the week, and exploring Tacoma with her teen son. |

Megan is a dietitian with Providence Elderplace/Pace. She holds a Master’s in Human Nutrition from Marywood University with a thesis focused on Age-Related Macular Degeneration. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Food and Nutritional Science from Seattle Pacific and attended culinary school at The Art Institute of Seattle. Megan is a native of Montana but has been in the Pacific Northwest since 2010. She resides in Lynnwood with her husband David and rescue terrier Banjo. |

She has worked in outpatient, food management, recipe analysis, and clinical. In her spare time, she enjoys training for half-marathons, triathlons, and going on hikes with her dog. |

Nicole Stendell-Hollis is an Associate Professor at Central Washington University. She conducts research focusing on childhood and adult obesity prevention, with current research evaluating the effectiveness of a large Corporate Wellness Program overseen by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist on employee health outcomes. She is the mother of two daughters and loves living in the PNW! |

As the Dietetic Internship Director at Central Washington University, Katy draws upon her extensive nutrition experiences in both the private and public sectors, including eating disorders, diabetes and corporate wellness. Her current role involves teaching undergraduate and graduate level nutrition courses and mentoring aspiring dietitians while fostering their professional growth. Outside of work, Katy stays active by chasing after her two lively children and keeping up with her pickle ball loving, foodie husband. |
