Plenty in the Plant World: Sustainable Garden Tour & Sustainable Cooking Demonstration!
Come join us on this adventure at Songaia CoHousing with Fox in the Kitchen and Food Forward for an experience in sustainable living and eating. We will explore the garden, harvest vegetables, learn about the demand for and research about plant based foods. Then we'll wash up and get chopping. We will make some vegetarian recipes and sit down to sample them. You won’t want to miss this hands-on event!

Date: September 16th, 2017
Place: Songaia Cohousing Community, Bothell
Time: 2:30pm-5pm

Cost: $15. Attend event for FREE by signing up for a NSDA membership by September 8th
