Fifth Annual Innovations in Dietetics Practice & Education at FNCE 2013 - Applications Accepted

The Council on Future Practice is sponsoring the fifth annual Innovations in Practice & Education session at FNCE in Houston, TX. This exciting session provides a showcase for innovations in dietetics practice or education. Our goal is to get educators and practitioners to share their best innovations that will help to move the profession forward.

A maximum of 20 educators and practitioners will be selected to showcase their innovations at a forum scheduled for Monday, October 21st from 8:00 am – 10:30 am. Academy members will be encouraged to attend the forum to learn about new ideas and to have the opportunity to talk with innovators who are moving the profession into the future. Abstracts from the 2012 FNCE session, highlighting 24 Innovations, are found at http://www.eatright.org/futurepractice/ .

A panel of judges will rate all the innovations selected to participate in the session in Houston. The top two Innovations will be selected and promoted to the Academy membership via EatRightWeekly.

If you are interested in participating, please thoroughly complete the application by using the following link http://www.eatright.org/futurepractice/ All applications must be submitted by April 3, 2013 for review and selection by the Council on Future Practice. All applicants will be notified (selected and not selected) by May 1, 2013.
