Greater Spokane Student Scholarship

The Greater Spokane Dietetic Association (GSDA) is excited to announce our winter student scholarship in the amount of $500. Eligible students (see flyer criteria) will complete the application materials and scholarship essay by answering both of the following questions in 500 words or less: What is it that made you want to become a Registered Dietitian and what do you hope to contribute to the profession? If you could be any specific macronutrient or micronutrient, what would you be and why?

The application period is open from 11/24/19 – 12/24/19 (submission closes @ midnight). Please send applications to the GSDA scholarship chair: holly.adams@providence.org. The scholarship recipient will be notified by 12/31/19. Thank you for your interest in the Greater Spokane Dietetic Association scholarship!

Welcome to the 2026-2027 membership year! As we look ahead, my focus is on strengthening the organizational structure of our Academy, supporting modernization and innovation within the field of dietetics, and fostering a strong, connected community of nutrition professionals across Washington.
