Ann Constance, MA, RDN, CDE and Charlene Dorcey, MS, RDN, CDE will share their collective knowledge, experience, and tips for positioning diabetes prevention programs for Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recognition, Medicare Supplier enrollment, and sustainability.
