Plant-Based Flexibility: A Non-Diet Approach

1 pm PT

Plant-based, plant-forward, vegetarian, and flexitarian are just a few of the numerous terms encouraging more plants in the diet that can be confusing to practitioners and clients alike. A non-diet approach to eating more plant foods embraces the opportunities of flexibility and acknowledges that there is no “one size fits all” answer. During this presentation, Erin will discuss the differences and commonalities among various plant-based eating patterns, as well as review the body of evidence around increasing plant foods in our diets. Participants will then explore ways to package this message into tangible, plant-forward approaches that focus on balance and individualization for our clients.
