An essential part of losing and then maintaining weight is learning to feel satisfied with less. During this webinar, Heather Leidy, PhD will share her latest research, published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, on the role of high-quality protein intake in improving feelings of satiety. She'll address the latest science that explains how distributing protein intake throughout the day can help promote satisfaction and will highlight the role of satiety in supporting overall health. Sports nutrition expert Chris Mohr, PhD, RD will translate the science into consumer-friendly tips and techniques to improve satiety and weight management for your clients.
Learn how to help clients optimize high-quality protein choices, as well as their overall caloric and nutrient intake, throughout the day to fuel improved satiety and better health. Real-life solutions including suggested meal plans and eating patterns featuring high-quality protein will be shared to help make it easy for your clients to end the hunger games!
Continuing education units will be awarded by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and American Council on Exercise. Credits from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics are pending approval.
