The Diabetes Management Update – 2011 course will provide an overview of diabetes management with a focus on heart disease, weight-loss issues, gestational diabetes, titrating insulin, women’s issues in diabetes and prevention of amputations. Short “rapid-fire” sessions will provide succinct updates on a variety of diabetes topics including incretins, DPP4 inhibitors, nutrition and exercise instructions that can be provided in the office.
