APPLE Core: Obesity Prevention Program for Community Families

The Nutrition and Exercise Science Department at Bastyr University is hosting APPLE Core , an obesity prevention program for community families. This event will promote healthy living to overweight and obese children and their families through a broad range of behavioral, health, nutrition, and active lifestyle education.

This event is free of charge to families who meet the following requirements:
Children 8 to 12 years of age and their families
BMI-for-age >85th percentile
Completed Registration and Health Questionnaire Forms*
