Dysphagia Management: Applying Principles To Your Practice Bernard Snell Hall, University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Lead by a faculty of dietitians and speech language pathologists, participants will learn about assessment techniques for swallowing function and the nutritional management of both adult and pediatric clients. Case studies and a gastroenterologist's perspective add practical applications.
