Position Description:

The Clinical Dietitian works collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary health care team to provide medical nutrition therapy that promotes wellness, maintains current health, and/or intervenes in acute or chronic illness through evidence-based practices for hospitalized and outpatient populations. The incumbent assesses patientÂ’s needs, makes and/or revises individualized care plans, provides education and documents actions in compliance with all regulatory and organization standards for a diverse patient population, which may include patients requiring enteral nutrition and/or therapeutic diets, based on the patients' health care needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited college or university
Registered Dietitian Credential (CDR) with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Desired Qualifications:

Two (2) years clinical dietetics experience preferred
Registered member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred
