Dietitian Consulting Services LLC is seeking a nutrition consultant with clinical experience for post/sub-acute and transitional care patients.
Position Description: Responsibility to provide direct nutritional care for post and sub-acute patients. Meet the challenge of a variety of medical conditions and experience the outcomes/impacts of nutrition intervention. Maintain and develop client relationships and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. Keep current of the most recent nutrition trends, research and standards of practice.

Dietitian Consulting Service has served the Pacific Northwest for over 50 years. We are a group of Registered and Certified Dietitians who provide a variety of nutrition related services. Our staff has a commitment to quality and practical implementation of nutrition into the lives of the clients we serve. A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in health care including long term care, assisted or independent living facilities and memory care.
Strong time management skills, self-starter and team player
Ability to mentor and educate colleagues and interns
Well-versed in the NCM, Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition identification
