The Oldways Whole Grains Council is hosting their biannual conference in Seattle November 4-6, 2018. This program features thought leaders from throughout the food world, delivering cutting-edge information that RDs will be able to use immediately in their jobs. Learn about the latest health research, whole grain trends in restaurants, the gut microbiome, local grain economies, consumer attitudes, whole grain rich regulations, and more. Register before August 1 to take advantage of early bird pricing. 3-day conference rates are $395 for RDs and $100 for students (with partial-attendance rates starting at $75).

Welcome to the 2026-2027 membership year! As we look ahead, my focus is on strengthening the organizational structure of our Academy, supporting modernization and innovation within the field of dietetics, and fostering a strong, connected community of nutrition professionals across Washington.
