WSDA Award Applications: Outstanding Dietetic Educator

The purpose of the Outstanding Dietetics Educator Award program is to recognize the teaching, mentoring, and leadership activities of faculty and preceptors in CADE-accredited dietetics education programs. Up to one educator or preceptor will be selected from each of four program types and will be forwarded to the DEP Area 1 Coordinator for consideration. The awardee(s) will be invited to and recognized at the WSDA Annual Meeting awards luncheon.

Welcome to the 2026-2027 membership year! As we look ahead, my focus is on strengthening the organizational structure of our Academy, supporting modernization and innovation within the field of dietetics, and fostering a strong, connected community of nutrition professionals across Washington.
