The application deadline is February 1, 2011, for members who are interested in representing the Association as media Spokespeople. Applicants are sought from the following cities:

Baltimore, Md.; Chicago, Ill.; Cleveland, Ohio; Denver, Colo.; Detroit, Mich.; Los Angeles, Calif.; Miami, Fla.; New York City, N.Y.; Phoenix, Ariz.; Washington, D.C.

ADA is also seeking applicants with these areas of expertise, from any location:

African-American nutrition; cancer nutrition; celiac disease/gluten-free living; food allergies and intolerances; food and culinary; Latino nutrition; men’s nutrition; natural/organically grown foods; school nutrition; supplements and vitamins.

Welcome to the 2026-2027 membership year! As we look ahead, my focus is on strengthening the organizational structure of our Academy, supporting modernization and innovation within the field of dietetics, and fostering a strong, connected community of nutrition professionals across Washington.
