**If you provide direct breastfeeding support to mothers, including education, counseling or clinical services, please read below**:

The Breastfeeding Coalition of Washington (BCW) is doing a survey and census of lactation consultants and other breastfeeding support staff to learn about how you and/or your employer reimburse for lactation services. Results from this survey will help identify possible challenges in supporting moms of all incomes in our communities and identify areas for education regarding the various mechanisms for reimbursing/billing for lactation services.

If you support breastfeeding moms, please take the time to answer this survey, it should take less than 10 minutes.
Please also forward this on to others you know in Washington State who provide breastfeeding support services.

This survey will close on Monday, February 27th at 9am so please answer before then.

Results will be shared at the BCW Annual Meeting and will be made available in mid-March 2012 on the BCW website: www.breastfeedingwa.org.
