Objective: This travel study program is designed for life-long learners who are interested in spending two unforgettable weeks in Cuernavaca, México, “The City of Eternal Spring.” The topic of this study program is Mexican Cuisine: Food and cultural identity. This program has been approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration for ¬60 CPEU´s.
