Southwest Washington Dietetic Association Organizational Meeting

  • Event
  • Thursday, July 27, 2023
Details:

We are getting together to discuss reorganizing the Southwest Washington Dietetic Association!

Let’s get together for Happy Hour. It will be a time to discuss ideas and get to know each other to set up the next steps for SWDA.

Inviting: all dietitians in the Southwest Washington district (including if you have never been a SWDA member before)

Meeting time: Thursday July 27th, 2023, at 4:30-6:30 pm.

Meeting place: Mahoney’s 10714 NW Lakeshore Ave, Vancouver (we will try to get a table out on the patio)

Drop in for whatever time you can make it so we can meet you and get some feedback on getting the district revitalized. We know we all have different work and life schedules so, no worries if you need to come late and/or leave early.

Please invite your fellow dietitians and forward this email or print out the attached PDF flyer to post in your office for those who might not be on our email list.

Hope to see you all there!

Washington State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Welcome to the 2026-2027 membership year! As we look ahead, my focus is on strengthening the organizational structure of our Academy, supporting modernization and innovation within the field of dietetics, and fostering a strong, connected community of nutrition professionals across Washington.

This year, we hope to create more opportunities for collaboration, professional engagement, and meaningful connections at both the state and district levels. As our profession continues to evolve locally and nationally, we remain committed to supporting our members through education, advocacy, and community.

Please stay connected through our website, social media, and monthly e-blasts for updates, events, and opportunities to get involved. I am honored to serve in this role and look forward to working alongside all of you this year.

Ginger Hultin (2026-27 Washington State President)
