Linda Handy will present on Food Safely Standards and Systems and Culture Change in the Dining Room while meeting regulatory compliance.
Holly Wright will present on Basic Lean Principles and Six Sigma.
Cindy Brinn will present on Sweetners, including safety and potential health concerns of natural and artifical sweeteners.
Rebecca Knight presenting on Fiber and Bowel Health.

Welcome to the 2026-2027 membership year! As we look ahead, my focus is on strengthening the organizational structure of our Academy, supporting modernization and innovation within the field of dietetics, and fostering a strong, connected community of nutrition professionals across Washington.
