Bio:
Christy Goff is a registered dietitian nutritionist, certified diabetes educator, and yoga instructor. She graduated with a masters from Bastyr University and has since worked in various settings including as an outpatient diabetes and nutrition educator, a clinical dietitian, as a dietitian with the federal program for women, infants and children (WIC). Currently, she splits her time between working at the Nintendo campus health clinic, a dietitian at Pacific Medical Centers and a prenatal/postnatal yoga instructor. Christy enjoys working with the media with previous interviews by Q13 Fox and King5, leading numerous cooking classes at Verdant Health, and presenting at local companies and community centers around the Puget Sound area. Additionally, she is a past president of the Greater Seattle Dietetic Association and enjoys leadership roles. No matter her job title, she helps clients start on a journey to solve their health goals through counseling, webinars, and general community education. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and toddler, hiking, yoga, cooking, photography and traveling.

Bio:
Ginger Hultin is a Seattle-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and owner of the concierge, virtual nutrition practice Ginger Hultin Nutrition Practice where she and her team helps clients with complex health conditions through an integrative approach. She specializes in anti-inflammatory diets for integrative oncology nutrition, people with gastrointestinal disease, and autoimmune issues. Ginger serves as adjunct clinical faculty and nutrition clinic coordinator at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle and has authored two nutrition books: Anti-Inflammatory Diet Meal Prep and the How to Eat to Beat Disease Cookbook. She is a graduate of the University of Washington, Bastyr University, and the University of North Florida.
