 Jamie Callison is an executive chef in the WSU School of Hospitality Business Management. He is an instructor in cooking and food service and coordinates the WSU-ACFEF Culinary Certificate Program. He is the author of the Crimson Spoon Cookbook which showcases the best of WSU’s sustainability practices.
