Position: Nominating Chair (The duties of this position can be shared among two people) 

Term: Elected by membership – 1 year 

Qualifications:

• Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND)
• Member of the North Sound Dietetic Association (NSDA)

General Duties:

1. Takes nominations for all open board positions.
2. Actively recruits for positions that need to be filled by calling members.
3. Takes nominations for state awards and submits to state awards chairperson.
4. Creates ballot and tabulates results with committee.
5. Confirms elected positions with each board member.
6. Reports results to board.
