Position: President-elect
Term: Elected by membership – 1 year as president-elect/ 1 year president
Qualifications:

Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND)

Member of the North Sound Dietetic Association (NSDA)
General Duties of all NSDA Board Members:

Attend all board meetings, events and professional development meetings.

Contribute to the Fall Newsletter.

Assist with social media, advertising and email, as needed.

Assist Nominating chair with recruitment and orientation of your position for the following year.

Assist in recruiting sponsors.

Perform any additional duties as directed by the BOD.
General Duties:
-
Attend all board meetings and business meetings, familiarizing self with role of president.

Act as president when president is unavailable.

Work with the board to assist in obtaining sponsorship for meetings.

Regularly check the NSDA email account. Respond to emails or forward emails onto the appropriate board members.

Assist with professional development meetings.
-
Assist with other duties, as needed by the president or other board members.
