November 14th, 2017 Professional Development Meeting


 Prebiotics and the Microbiota

Join us to hear Alexandra Kazaks discuss the reasons that current studies show inconsistent effects of specific dietary fibers on microbiota. Develop messages and applications about the importance of a variety of dietary and added fibers to support microbial species diversity and learn about the 2016 FDA changes to Nutrition Facts Label with regard to dietary fiber.

Enjoy a hearty meal and great conversation with your colleagues and spend some time networking, mingling before earning valuable CEU’s. Also, learn more about our special member event coming September 16th at Songaia Cohousing Community in Bothell. Earn CEU's while enjoying the sunshine during this interactive and engaging garden tour and cooking demo!

Begining in January we will no longer be providing any handouts at the meetings.
